Management will assure a commitment to ensure that environmental management system meets all legal and statutory requirements through the following:

• Review federal, state and local regulations to assure compliance.

• Financial support through the provision of funds for the hiring of competent professionals and consultants; allowing adequate employee time for personnel training; purchase of environmental pollution control equipment and materials; and the installation of necessary hazard control measures.

• Identify and evaluate existing and potential sources of environmental pollution generated at the facility.

• Identifying and reducing the risks of all types of work activities that have the potential to produce personal injury or occupational illness through implementing controls.

• Providing instructions, training and supervision to improve individual's understanding of workplace hazards, including safe work practices and emergency procedures.

• Involving management in occupational health and safety matters and consulting with them on ways to recognize, evaluate and control workplace hazards through annual meeting.

• Address and action all injuries and safety incidents reported by OH&S representatives and employees with 30 days from reporting date.

The company will implement and maintain an ongoing occupational health and safety program, including conducting regular inspections of the workplace aimed at preventing accidents and incidents.
