DC PRO Engineering Singed with AYA Group Kampala, Uganda contract to do the Detailed MEP building services design & supervision for the 24-storey 5-star Kampala Hilton hotel in Uganda. The total project has a total built up area of 32,000 m2 covers 272 rooms and some of most majestic fixtures and recreational facilities in the hotel industry. A 500-metre square ballroom, spas, beauty salons, swimming pools, business centre and large garden pools will provide guests with an unforgettable experience.
Ajman Markets Cooperative Society awarded the Detailed MEP design for Ajman Markets Cooperative Society, with total built-up area of 9,000 m2. It consists of a hypermarket and retail shops with a built-up area of 5,000 m2, in addition to parking facility of 4,000 m2. The cooperative society opted for on-site power co-generation utilizing diesel fuel in a CHP system used to supply the entire facility with cooling load. The shortage of utility power has given DC PRO the motive to design a Hybrid HVAC, ultra efficient refrigeration and display cases, day lighting and Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI) for the shopping arena that will allow individual control of each lamp that will interact with day lighting harvesting and position of the lamp to save energy, and monitoring systems have contributed to creating a landmark for energy efficient hypermarkets in the region. DC PRO Engineering manage to bring down the electrical connected load from 1,900 KW to 500 KW and the annual diesel bill from 5 Million Dh per year to 2 Million per year.
Omnix International, L.L.C - Dead Sea, Jordan awarded DC PRO Engineering the Detailed MEP building services design for Crystal City for design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design inclusive of related infrastructure central cooling and heating plant. The development is 140,000 m2 in total, out of which is 60,000 m2 for hotel and 50,000 m2 for residential, 30,000 m2 for covered parking.
Emmar as well gave the Detailed MEP building services design for Al Lusaily for design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design. Al Lusaily is an approximately 1,100 acre master planned Community within the Jebel Ali Area of Dubai. Al Lusaily when fully developed will have over 35,000 residences with a net land area of 203,067 m2.
