The proposed new plant rooms shall have a capacity of 60,000 TR each ( 48,000 TR supplied through Chillers and 12,000 TR supplied through Thermal Storage Tank). DC PRO optimized design for the new plant rooms has achieved the same cost as the initially planned plant rooms each of 40,000 TR capacity. 

Evaluation of the Merit of a petition submitted by customer against the Singapore district cooling company. The Evaluation included financial modeling for the district cooling existing and proposed rates and Net Present Value comparative analysis between the district cooling plant rates and a hypothetical own customer plant room.

Marriott Bloom Central, The project consists of two towers each of 25 floors. Five basement, Ground and mezzanine floors are common for the two towers. One tower shall be operated by  Marriot hotel management and the other one will be utilized as furnished apartments, total built up area of the project is 106,671 sq. m., DC PRO scope was to study the MEP design, provide value engineering study for all systems, and redesign the MEP services accordingly, this have been done keeping in mind that the design quality to be improved and total cost to be reduced, while DC PRO was charged a portion of the savings cost. 

Qatar National Bank H.Q at Sudan, Engineering design and supervision of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, this building is the head quarter of national bank of Qatar in Khartoum and is considered as land mark in the city. it was the first building in Sudan to introduce the VRV system 

Pharma Trade Medicine Warehouse, one of the biggest and most modern medicine storing in the region, DC PRO involvement was to evaluate and improve the HVAC system in the warehouses and the related offices, to maintain the strict conditions as per the Ministry of health approved regulations. 

Churchill Towers is a 235 meters high development that offers over 2.5 million square feet of built up area and provides for a dedicated residential building facing a commercial office building.
DC PRO scope was the assessment of the chilled water cooling system performance in the two towers and issue of the final evaluation report.

The Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) is developing a new combined cycle power and desalination plant in Ras Al Zour in the eastern province, in Saudi Arabia. The power plant will have a design capacity of 2,400 megawatts (MW) but will be able to generate 2,750 MW of electricity. The desalination plant will produce up to 1.025 million liters of water each day, making it the world's largest desalinization plant when it is completed in 2014. The purpose of the project is to meet the national power demand and supply power to Maaden's aluminium complex.  DCPRO’s scope of our work is the mechanical design of the 10,000 tons chiller plant, and the full HVAC design of 19 non-plant building with 42,000 m2 built up area, 16 plant buildings and the  Ventilation Design for 5 Steam turbine buildings combined cycle, 5 Gas Turbine buildings with combined cycle and for 1 Gas turbine hall  single cycle. 

Surge Analysis for the Chilled Water Networks at PTB (414 chiller plant) and NDA (714 chiller plant) of total networks size of 13 km at  Muscat Airport District Cooling Scheme. The analysis included the detailed study and suitability of the  available suge tanks with three different simulations for each network.

KSU Endowment, DC Plant with total cooling capacity of 21,000 TR. This capacity is divided into 15,000 TR for phase I and the remaining 6,000 TR for future phasing based on the cooling load demands of the plots and the buildings it serves. The piping network sized for the full capacity of 21,000 TR. The network shall consist of two-pipe system installed in a tunnel routed to distribute chilled water from the plant room to various loads.
